Rubinetterie Bresciane Bonomi supports the traditional scholarship award ceremony.

On Monday, December 16th, Rubinetterie Bresciane Bonomi participated in the traditional scholarship award ceremony for the 2023-2024 academic year. Nearly 160 deserving students, from high schools and universities, took part in the event, receiving recognition for their outstanding achievements. The awards, established by the Industrial Association of the Province of Cremona and numerous entrepreneurs and private individuals in honor of their companies and loved ones, represent an acknowledgment of the commitment and talent of future workers.

The ceremony took place at Teatro Ponchielli, which was fully booked for the occasion. It celebrated not only academic merit but also the value of corporate culture. Rubinetterie Bresciane Bonomi, as a local company, contributed to the scholarships, demonstrating its commitment to the development and growth of young talent.

In addition to the award ceremony for the children of employees of associated companies, the event provided important points for reflection on the significance of new generations in the workforce, highlighting the strong bond between businesses and the local community and underscoring the role of companies in promoting the education and training of young people.

PMI DAY: students discovering Bonomi Group

As part of the 15th edition of PMI DAY - National Day of Small and Medium Enterprises - Bonomi Group opened the doors of its companies, offering students a direct experience inside the world of production, with the aim of bringing young people closer to work and training opportunities.

On 21 November, students from High School Abba Ballini and CFP Zanardelli in Brescia visited the Rubinetterie Bresciane plant in Gussago, where they saw first-hand the valve and fitting production cycle of a historical company. On 22 November, students from the Beretta Technical Institute in Gardone Val Trompia explored the Valpres plant in Marcheno, discovering how valves are made for the industrial and oil and gas sectors.

In both visits, the young people showed great enthusiasm in observing production processes and meeting the professionals who every day contribute to the production of high-quality products, a symbol of Italian know-how. The theme of this edition of the PMI DAY, ‘BUILDING’, was the leitmotif of the days: building skills, awareness and opportunities for tomorrow. Through dialogue with Bonomi Group employees, the students were able to understand the value of continuous training and the group's commitment to supporting the growth of the territory and the new generations, aware that the future of the company also passes through their training.

Bonomi Group confirms its presence at Valve World Expo

Bonomi Group, together with the companies Valpres, Valbia, Penta, Ghibson and Quam, confirms its presence at Valve World Expo from 3 to 5 December in Düsseldorf, the international reference event for the industrial valve sector.

An appointment not to be missed with over 450 exhibiting companies, more than 65 expert speakers and 12,000 participants.

In Hall 3, at stand D39, Bonomi Group will display some of its representative solutions in its portfolio:

  • Valpres Series 760 V-PACK split body ball valve with Valbia electric actuator: a split body ball valve, ideal for chemical and industrial applications, capable of withstanding pressures up to 100 bar and temperatures from -40°C to 180°C. Equipped with a V-Pack system with a PTFE gasket, it ensures a perfect seal and smooth operation.
  • Valpres Series 763 valve with Valbia pneumatic actuator: a Wafer-Split ball valve designed for high-pressure process skids offering the advantage of narrow gauge and wide fluid dynamic compatibility.
  • Ghibson DL valve with Valbia actuator: a butterfly valve with inflatable rubber seats, ideal for abrasive applications and solid particles in pipes up to DN500.
  • Valbia MT multi-turn actuator: a 100% Made in Italy actuator designed with an AC-Brushless motor controlled by an inverter. Its innovative features allow precise control and protection of valves from pressure peaks and water hammers.
  • Sat3 valve for abrasive services and Penta scraper with Pentafite seats: the SAT3 valve is equipped with scrapers that protect the ball and seats from wear and impurities. The Pentafite seats guarantee a perfect seal up to 720°C or 420 bar, making it ideal for high-temperature applications.
  • Penta's WSS valve with cavity filler: an advanced model that prevents the accumulation of solids in the valve body, thanks to a Peek filler shell, suitable for temperatures from -40°C to +250°C and free of fluorinated PFAS compounds.
  • Choke Quam valve: used in the oil and gas industry, these valves are designed to handle critical conditions at high pressure and temperature, with customised control mechanisms to optimise fluid flow in wells.

Don't miss the opportunity to visit stand D39- Hall 3 and discover Bonomi Group's wide range of valves and actuators!

UNIBS visits Gussago

Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of students from the industrial automation engineering course of the University of Brescia to our production facilities of Rubinetterie Bresciane in Gussago, for a day dedicated to discovering the technologies and skills that drive our industry. This visit represents a unique opportunity to promote dialogue between the academic and business worlds.

Working with universities allows us to build a direct bridge to talent and innovation, giving students the chance to discover the company up close and inspiring them to pursue professional careers in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

The group's state-of-the-art facilities and international profile aroused great interest among the students. Through the use of advanced technologies, we aim to improve not only our products but also to create a stimulating working environment geared towards personal and professional growth. This synergy with the university world opens the door to future collaborations and potential hires, with the desire to integrate young talent into our group.

We would like to thank UNIBS and all the students for their visit and the enthusiasm they shared with us!
